Project Information

The objective of this project is to transform the physical process of bill collection into an online platform. To achieve this, we have developed an application and website for managing all processes with participation.

This project has been developed to reduce human dependency in the bill connection process and minimize the possibility of human errors, potential corruption or incorrect location assignment or mishandling.

By converting the collection process online, the above problems can be easily handled with the additional benefit of easier and more convenient access to past payment records. Also, the app will list pending and completed payments sorted by season sections for easier understanding.

Both the app and website have been developed over a period of 5 months from March 2022 to July 2022. Currently this project is in its first phase so a small part of the entire area under the jurisdiction of Pench Irrigation Department is covered, in Phase 2 the entire area will be covered.
